Bebegim 5 aylik doğadan chai cayi var icinde siyah çay roybos aspir var ama emziriyorum yani şöyle cocugum mama ile besleniyor benim sütüm yeterli değil belki gece bide gündüz 1 2 defa emiyo 2 dakika sizce kullanmalimiyim
Aspiri bilmem ama roubosu kullandım.. Bol bol dinlen, su iç, sulu şeyler ye ve b12 takviyesi al (hekim aksi bişey der mi bir sor) ve tabii ki en ufak stresren uzak dur, hassas bir dönem... Ne gam ne keder yanına uğramasın. Bol bol gül.. ☺ ve uyuuuuuuuuu....
